Departemen Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen (FEM) IPB, bekerjasama dengan Himpunan Profesi Centre of Management (COM@), telah menyelenggarakan Virtual Guest Lecture Series pada Kamis, 5 September 2024 pukul 08.00-09.40 WIB melalui Zoom Meeting. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari mata kuliah Pemasaran Ritel dengan topik \u201cThe Management of Service and Quality in Retailing\u201d yang disampaikan oleh Bapak Dr. Sutan Banuara, S.E., M.E., Director di Brand Finance Indonesia.
Acara dimulai dengan kata sambutan dari Ibu Hardiana Widyastuti, S. Hut., M.M. (Sekretaris Departemen Manajemen). Dilanjutkan dengan sesi pemaparan materi dan sesi tanya jawab oleh narasumber, Bapak Dr. Sutan Banuara, S.E., M.E., yang membahas jenis-jenis produk atau layanan dalam penjualan ritel, konsep-konsep penjualan ritel, dan kepuasan produk dari penjualan ritel. Acara diakhiri dengan pemberian cenderamata oleh Ibu Hardiana Widyastuti, S. Hut., M.M. kepada narasumber dan penutupan oleh Master of Ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
