Dalam berbagai situasi dan interaksi sosial, kita sering merasa terdorong untuk memenuhi harapan orang lain, bahkan jika itu berarti mengorbankan kebutuhan dan keinginan kita sendiri. Tetapi apakah menjadi people pleaser itu baik atau buruk? \ud83e\udd14<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seringkali, niat baik untuk membuat orang lain senang justru berbalik menjadi beban yang merampas kebahagiaan kita sendiri. Ketika kita terus-menerus mengatakan \u201cya\u201d pada semua permintaan, kita bisa kehilangan diri kita sendiri dan mengalami kelelahan yang luar biasa. \ud83d\ude29<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yuk, lepaskan diri dari perangkap kesenangan yang tak sehat dan mulai temukan kebahagiaan sejati dalam pencapaian dan keunikan diri kita sendiri.
